As the first female pilot at LETEL, and now working alongside the Vice President, Nicole has embraced not only her potential, but LETEL’s too!

When faced with the question of why she chose LETEL, “I met John Downing at church, and he quickly became my best friend and confidant. John saw potential in me that I never acknowledged existed. I found my purpose through LETEL.”

Nicole’s life aspiration is to grow and help share the heart of LETEL, saying, “I want to inspire other women to become the best version of themselves.”

She’s a Georgia native, mother of three beautiful children, cat mom of three, and dog mom of a Great Dane! Off the clock, she loves spending one on one time dancing, singing, and shopping with her daughter, Ava. With her boys–Eli and Emmitt–it’s basketball and snuggling!
